AKASHAYA TRITIYA. Akshaya means which can't be destroyed.

Friends today is AKASHAYA TRITIYA. 

People think its good to buy gold this day, so that his treasure of wealth will never perish and it will be with him for ever.

Even one can get many offers for this day for purchasing gold.

Are not we greedy and materialist? 

Is this country teaches us to be a materialist? 

Is this true SANATAN DHARMA?

No this is the country where SPIRITUAL life is seen as great. 

Than why this greediness?

I am writing this because today Mother AMANDA GRIFFIN asked me question - Tell me about Akshaya Tritiya? 

And this prompted me to write this.

Akshaya means which can't be destroyed. 

This day whatever you do will continue with you. 

So do good. 

Generally people buy gold so that it will be with them forever.

Is this really true? 

No, material will not go with anyone in heaven only good deeds, name and fame. 

So why purchase Gold, why not pray, Meditate and do good things.

Why not people do good, feed hunger serve humanity and life? 

Why not respect elders and help them? 

Only this is SANATAN DHARMA.
